Lead complex commercial insurance processing with EPIC expertise in a full time role based in Toronto or Durham. Support accurate policy administration daily.

As Lead, CLSU, you will administer mid-market and large commercial accounts for RRJ Insurance Group Ltd. The hands-on position partners with Producers, Senior Account Managers, and Senior Placement Brokers. You will provide timely processing, technical guidance, and escalation support when the Director is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process complex mid-market and large commercial accounts
- Complete renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and account information in EPIC
- Resolve complex processing requests and discrepancies
- Support workflow consistency and Commercial Lines initiatives

Requirements:

- Active RIBO license required
- Minimum five years of commercial insurance experience
- Experience with mid-market or large commercial accounts
- Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and insurer requirements
- EPIC experience is a strong asset
