You will teach pupils across ages and abilities, including GCSE and Sixth Form students, while contributing to non-examined subjects. The role combines academic teaching with co-curricular and pastoral responsibilities within a boarding-school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, well-structured biology lessons
- Assess, mark, record, and report pupil progress
- Provide detailed, timely, supportive feedback
- Contribute to enrichment, examinations,
visits, and workshops
- Tutor pupils and support boarding-house activities
Requirements:
- Degree or further degree in a related subject
- Strong biology knowledge across ages and abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and pastoral wellbeing
- Good ICT competence and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and collaborative practice
