As Site Manager, you supervise operations employees, plant assets, and manufacturing activities. The position reports to the Senior Operations Manager West and includes performance tracking, budgeting, and improvement planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a high performing Operations Team
- Manage facility and manufacturing activities
- Track site and project performance using KPIs
- Oversee continuous improvement projects through completion
- Ensure protected chemical handling and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Knowledge of provincial and federal chemical regulations
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint computer skills
- ERP experience, preferably SAP, is an asset
- Superior decision making and time management skills
- Superior leadership skills
