Lead landscape maintenance operations with Horizon Contracting Group through hands-on field leadership, crew development, and quality control. This full time permanent role combines office and field work.

As Field Manager, you will oversee daily operations, assign crew priorities, and support schedules across maintenance sites. You will develop Foremen and field staff through onboarding, coaching, training, and performance support. Client communication, documentation, inspections, and equipment oversight are also central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily field operations and assign crew priorities
- Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
- Lead morning meetings and crew communications
- Train and onboard Foremen and field staff
- Address labour, scheduling, and site concerns

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of progressive landscape industry experience
- Two-plus years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of maintenance contracts and specifications
- Ability to read landscape drawings
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
