The Opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced Civil Lead Pipe Layer / Junior Foreman to join our crew on municipal and

private development projects across the Lower Mainland. This is steady, local work.

What You’ll Do

- Install storm, sanitary, and water main systems to drawings and specifications

- Lay pipe, fittings, valves, and services to line and grade

- Prepare trench bottoms, including bedding, grading, and compaction

- Set up and read pipe lasers and check grade

- Connect services, manholes, catch basins, hydrants, and chambers

- Work safely in and around excavations, including shoring and trench boxes

- Follow utility locates and protect existing underground services

- Coordinate closely with operators, foremen, and labourers

- Keep your work area clean and organized, and follow all safety regulations, company policies, and

site-specific safety plans





What You Bring

- 3+ years as a civil pipe layer at the lead or junior foreman level

- Solid experience with storm, sanitary, water main, and deep utility installation

- Ability to read civil construction drawings, cut sheets, etc.

- Understanding of trench safety, bedding requirements, and compaction methods

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract — this is a must

- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in all weather

- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude. Pay & Perks
