Construction project management at Canadian Tire means guiding consultants, contractors, and vendors while overseeing budgets, schedules, design, safety, and quality.Reporting to the Director, Construction, this full time Project Manager leads assigned Canadian Tire, Parts Source, and Party City capital projects. The work includes new builds, expansions, renovations, and other programs. You will coordinate stakeholders, approvals, procurement, construction administration, and project close-out across complex priorities.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee assigned projects for internal and external stakeholdersManage compliance with standards, codes, contracts, safety, and qualityDevelop schedules, milestones, estimates, and project status overviewsPrepare tenders, evaluate bids, issue awards,



and prepare contractsConduct site visits and resolve warranty itemsRequirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or project managementFive to ten years of related construction project management experienceExperience with contract administration, project financials, and consultantsValid driver's license and access to a vehicleAbility to travel two to three days weeklyBring construction leadership, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, and scheduling expertise to Canadian Tire capital projects across assigned locations.
