We’re a busy, privately owned, growing dental practice located just 35 minutes northeast of Winnipeg. With our expansion to 14 operatories, we’re looking for another fantastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Our unique performance-based compensation model gives you the best of both worlds:

- Guaranteed base wage of $53/hour.
- Opportunity to earn 28% of your adjusted production when it exceeds your guaranteed base earnings.
- Protection during slower periods or cancellations — your hourly guarantee remains in place.
- A busy, established patient base with excellent opportunities to earn production bonuses.

Working at both locations is entirely optional. We’re equally happy to discuss a position based solely in Beausejour!

- Is a Registered Dental Hygienist eligible to practise in Manitoba.
