CIMA+ seeks an Intermediate Structural Engineer for its Buildings team, supporting commercial, institutional, educational, and industrial projects. You will contribute across conceptual design, construction, and completion while working with multidisciplinary teams.

The position includes two office days weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead structural designs for concrete, steel, and mass timber structures
- Prepare technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Assess existing infrastructure and building conditions
- Coordinate projects from preliminary design through completion




- Manage junior engineers and technologists

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum eight years designing, constructing, and managing structural building projects
- Skilled Engineer membership with Ontario’s PEO
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and Canadian design standards
- Proficiency with structural analysis software, such as SAP2000
