Lead renewable power financing through financial modeling and negotiation at Brookfield Renewable North America. Work closely with lenders, counsel, and cross-functional teams.As Director, Capital Markets, you will execute debt financings, refinancings, and restructurings for Brookfield’s North American Renewable Power Platform. The work supports development, construction, and acquisitions across renewable power assets. Transaction sizes range from $30 million to $1B+ and span international banks and institutional markets. You will report to the VP of Capital Markets and help advance fundraising initiatives.Key Responsibilities:



Negotiate financing projects with lenders and legal counselDirect lender due diligence with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate approvals and transaction closings under tight timeframesDevelop term sheets, credit agreements, and finance documentsOversee financial models for financing projectsRequirements: Eight or more years of experienceCorporate or project finance experienceStrong financial modeling and structuring capabilitiesStrong Excel and PowerPoint knowledgeUndergraduate accounting or finance diploma and/or MBAApply financial modeling, negotiation, and stakeholder management expertise to renewable power capital markets transactions at Brookfield. #J-18808-Ljbffr
