Ajax Steel Limited is looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our Industrial Supply team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is comfortable working in a busy industrial supply workplace. You’ll assist customers with their needs, help identify products and solutions, process orders, and work closely with the rest of our team to keep customers orders moving.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers identify products and industrial supply solutions
- Prepare customer orders, quotes, and sales transactions
- Answer telephone and customer inquiries
- Enter orders and customer information using computer systems
- Assist with product organization, inventory, and general counter duties
- Work with team members to provide prompt, dependable customer service
- Learn about the products we sell and their applications

What We’re Looking For





- A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge or previous experience in mining, industrial supply, construction, mechanical, or a related environment is an asset
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but the right
- attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Forklift Experience
