You integrate demand, labour, equipment capacity, materials, and cannabis ingredients across manufacturing functions. Collaboration spans Extraction, Formulation, Product Development, Quality, Finance, and Sales to resolve constraints and improve delivery, productivity, cost, and inventory reliability.Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational teams with explicit authority and performance expectationsApprove manufacturing plans and oversee master production schedulingDirect production readiness, execution, staffing,
