Design unified platform experiences at Clio using user research, prototyping, and product data across the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec.As a Senior Product Designer, you will support Clio’s Platform team within Research and Development. You will unify core experiences across product surfaces while solving business and user problems. The work combines interaction design, user experience, visual design, and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.Key Responsibilities:
Develop concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsPresent solutions delivering measurable user and business outcomesCoordinate stakeholders to unify separate product experiencesConduct interviews, usability testing, and research analysisUse product data and metrics to guide decisionsRequirements:
Five or more years in Product Design or related disciplinesExperience as an interactive designer with product experienceStrong understanding of user experience, IA, and visual designFluency with up-to-date design, prototyping, and AI toolsStrong understanding of web technologies and platform designBring platform design, research, prototyping, and storytelling skills to unify Clio’s legal technology experiences.
