The Senior Technical Program Manager (STPM) reports to the Director, Technical Program Management. The STPM owns end-to-end plan management and delivery execution for highly complex technical programs across EQ Bank's Digital Banking ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on measurable business value, customer outcomes, reliability, and usability.

The STPM leads execution across multiple interdependent teams and domains, proactively surfaces technical and non-technical risks, establishes mitigation plans, manages complex dependencies, drives decisions, and enables alignment across Engineering, Product, Business, Enterprise partners, and third parties. The STPM applies company policies and Enterprise Change Management requirements while balancing governance with up-to-date product and technology delivery practices.

The STPM operates effectively where scope, ownership, or the delivery path is ambiguous. The role is expected to build strong cross-functional relationships, influence senior stakeholders without authority, resolve escalated delivery constraints, and provide clear executive-level visibility of program health, trade-offs, and decisions.
