Wembley Pharmacy is a community pharmacy in Wembley, Alberta, about 15 minutes west of Grande Prairie. We are a family-focused practice in a vibrant, growing community, with an experienced team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants. Our dispensary runs on TELUS Health Kroll with prescription counting and confirmation robotics, which keeps our workflow efficient and accurate. Nurse practitioners see patients on site on Mondays and Thursdays. We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to support our pharmacists and help deliver friendly, reliable care to our patients. Occasional shifts at our sister store

Submit and resolve third-party insurance claims

Answer phones, take refill requests and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist

Maintain inventory, check expiry dates and manage returns

Keep the dispensary clean, organized and compliant with ACP standards





Pharmacy assistant certificate or diploma is an asset

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable with computers and rapid data entry

Kroll experience is an asset

Pharmacy, retail or customer service experience is preferred

New pharmacy assistant graduates are welcome to apply

Experience with third-party insurance billing is an asset

Weekday daytime hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM

No evenings, weekends or statutory holidays
