Advise clients on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters

Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements and various commercial agreements

Participate in corporate reorganizations

Approximately eight years of relevant experience in corporate and transactional law

Strong experience with shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements
