You will shape North American growth while applying knowledge of EMEA and global markets. The work spans Aerospace & Defense lifecycles, procurement, manufacturing, and complex pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee business development and strategic capture management

Execute North American growth and account strategies

Close deals and grow bookings, revenue, margin, and pipeline

Expand customers, programs, geographies, and market segments

Lead proposals, negotiations,



and priority pursuit reviews

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years progressive commercial or technical sales leadership
- Defense, aerospace, manufacturing, materials, or related industry experience
- Canadian and global defense industry executive relationships
- Robust negotiation, financial, communication, and organizational skills
