Our client in Oakville is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join the team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in daily fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are accurately picked, verified, and packaged for shipment. The ideal candidate thrives in an active environment, demonstrates strong basic computer literacy, and maintains high precision when handling product SKU codes and order tracking sheets.

Job Type: Full-Time / Part time

Shift: Monday to Friday 8AM-4PM

Consistent day shift schedule

- Potential to become a permanent opportunity

Accurately retrieve items from warehouse locations based on pick lists and package finished goods securely for shipping.

- Log daily inventory movements, order completion status, and shipment details into Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets using standard warehouse computers or tablets.
- Assist with periodic cycle counts and flag stock discrepancies or damaged goods to leadership.
- Print shipping labels, organize outbound pallets, and stage packages for scheduled courier pickups.
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse setting - picking orders, matching SKUs, etc.
- Comfortable navigating spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) to input data, sort columns, and track inventory updates.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs comfortably throughout a shift.
