As a Client Relations Representative, you'll be an important part of our customer experience team, meeting with homeowners and helping them explore solutions to improve their homes.

Conducting basic in-home quality assessments using company-provided training and equipment.

Educating customers about our Canadian-made home improvement and water treatment products.

Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Building positive relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Representing H2O4Life professionally and maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction.

A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is an asset but is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed.

Annual compensation of $50,000-$60,000, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives.
