Title: Billing Clerk

Rate of Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job Type: 6-Month Contract

- Processing a high volume of invoices and billing data efficiently and accurately
- Utilizing Yardi software daily to manage, update, and maintain comprehensive billing records
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving billing discrepancies in a timely manner
- Responding to internal and external inquiries regarding billing accounts with a high level of customer service
- Assisting the finance department with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations

Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in a high-volume billing

- Mandatory hands-on proficiency with Yardi software
- Immediate availability to commit to a 6-month, fully onsite contract in North York
