Warehouse Associate

Hourly Rate: $21.00/hr

Available Shifts: Morning or Afternoon

Work Schedule: 4x10 shifts (Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday)

Employment Type: 3-Month Contract (strong pathway to longer-term placement based on performance and attendance)

Located in a newly opened, state-of-the-art facility in Milton, this role offers the unique opportunity to help shape a premier logistics operation right from the start. You will work in a clean, contemporary environment with a leadership team dedicated to building a safe, welcoming, and highly supportive culture.

Ability to stand and move comfortably throughout a 10-hour shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

- Reliability & Attendance: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent daily presence—critical for contract extensions and permanent hiring opportunities.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a strong desire to build a long-term career in warehousing and supply chain.
- Prior experience in fulfillment, order picking, inventory, or logistics is a definite plus!

Collaborate with team members on general warehouse tasks as assigned

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
