Volkswagen Medicine Hat is looking for a Parts Advisor! We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in selecting and ordering automotive parts and accessories. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical knowledge of automotive parts, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders.
Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries, orders, and sales.

Provide accurate and timely information about parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.

Maintain an organized and productive parts department, including stocking and inventory management.

Utilize dealership management software to track parts orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions.

Handle customer complaints and concerns regarding parts, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Assist with parts returns, warranty claims,



and exchanges as needed.

Keep up-to-date with automotive parts and accessory trends, manufacturer updates, and new products.

Support parts department operations with administrative tasks, such as filing and record-keeping.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in automotive parts or related fields is a plus.

Previous experience in an automotive parts advisor or similar role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in using dealership management software and other relevant computer applications.
