We are looking for a motivated HR professional to provide support to our businesses and maintain our positive, inspiring company culture. This role is part of our centralized Administration team, based in our downtown Banff office, while supporting our business entities: Wild Flour Artisan Bakery, Little Wild Coffee & Gelato and Juniper Hotel & Bistro. Lead recruitment and onboarding, from job postings to orientation

Be the go-to for HR policy questions and support managers through employee relations issues

Support performance reviews and training

Assist with health & safety and staff housing operations

2+ years as an HR Coordinator or Generalist

- HR experience in a fast-paced Hotel or Food & Beverage industry is an asset
- Working knowledge of employment law, payroll, and health & safety standards




- A diploma/degree in HR (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with HRIS/payroll systems
