HAndling A-Z logistics requests for FTL (80%) and LTL (20%) truck shipments across North American Lanes

- Maintain positive relationships with all customer and carriers
- Keeps records, schedules, and logistics data accurate and up to date
- Familiar with logistics software and shipment tracking tools
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital documentation
- Handles multiple shipments or projects without losing focus
- Understands the impact of logistics on customer satisfaction
