Are you a skilled Machine Operator looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for candidates with 2+ years of hands-on experience operating and supporting PLC-controlled equipment in an industrial setting. As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring secure, efficient production of high-quality finished goods while following all GMP and Health & Safety ️ protocols.

Competitive Pay: $22.63/hour

Stable Night Shifts: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Start up, operate, and safely shut down production lines in accordance with all safety protocols and procedures

Changeover materials and update production dates based on current shop order requirements

Report any food safety or product quality concerns to authorized team members immediately

Support other production tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or team lead

Willing to learn and apply Manufacturing Best Practices to support continuous improvement

⏰ Flexible availability, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed

Committed to a “Right First Time” quality mindset

Possesses technical aptitude; a technical background is considered an asset

️ Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cleaning, startup, safety, operations, and Critical Quality Points (CQP)
