Responsibilities

Drive the full QA lifecycle by reviewing requirements, designing test strategies, and executing tests.

Validate cross-platform workflows, integrations with external platforms, data flows, and end-to-end business workflows.

Create test plans, knowledge-base articles, and bug reports.

Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, QA engineers, and automation teams in an Agile environment.

Debug, investigate, and help resolve product issues while expanding automation coverage.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant software quality engineering experience.

Strong expertise in QA methodologies with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Experience testing web applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business workflows.

Experience using Unix/Linux environments for log analysis and backend debugging.





Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data validation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, independence, teamwork, and ability to learn quickly.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AI testing tools, SaaS enterprise software, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and the pharma or life sciences domain.
