We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong specialization in end-to-end service design to lead the user-centered architecture of complex transactional digital services. Working collaboratively across cross-functional Agile teams—including product managers, architects, developers, and accessibility specialists—you will plan and conduct user research, translate behavioral insights into actionable interaction specifications, and ensure all digital services are inclusive, intuitive, and fully compliant with accessibility standards.
Duration: 11-month contract.
Strategic Service Design Scope: Drive high-impact service design and journey mapping for large-scale transactional digital services.
Champion inclusive design principles aligned with modern AODA and WCAG standards.
Enterprise Design System Impact: Contribute reusable design patterns and interaction standards to an enterprise design library.

Plan and lead service design, user research, interaction modeling, and validation activities across complex transactional digital services.
Design and maintain end-to-end user journeys, personas, detailed service blueprints, information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes.
Facilitate co-design workshops, design critique sessions, and alignment meetings with multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders.
Conduct usability testing and accessibility evaluations, synthesizing findings into practical design improvements and reusable service patterns.
Maintain traceability between user research findings, business requirements, and architectural design decisions.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA testers, and accessibility specialists to ensure precise implementation of approved service designs.
Apply and contribute reusable patterns, components, and interaction standards to the enterprise design system.
Service Design Leadership: Proven experience leading service design and user experience architecture for complex,



large-scale transactional digital services (Strictly Required).
Research & Usability Testing: Hands-on experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research, usability testing, and design validation sessions with diverse user groups (Strictly Required).
Enterprise Design Systems: Experience applying and scaling enterprise design systems, interaction patterns, and responsive UI frameworks across platforms (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Prior experience delivering service design or UX solutions within a public sector or enterprise environment.
Solid facilitation skills for leading co-design workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience integrating service design blueprints with Agile product delivery workflows.
