The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and valuable customer service. Maintain high standards for customer service, product quality, and overall guest satisfaction

Deliver an exceptional customer and in-store experience

Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact

Support efficient and high-quality store operations

Operate food preparation equipment safely and efficiently

Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and security guidelines

Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies

Support employee development through coaching, training, and mentorship

A strong passion for customer service and hospitality

A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred

Excellent customer service and hospitality skills

Long-term commitment is required

Morning Shift: Starting at 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Mid Shift: Starting at 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Closing Shifts: Thursday,



Friday and Weekend availability is mandatory

Holiday availability is preferred
