We are seeking a driven Bilingual Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of a top-tier Canadian retail and e-commerce leader for a 6-month contract ($27.00-$30.00/hr) with strong potential for extension. In this fast-paced role, you will own full-cycle recruiting initiatives to support hiring for e-grocery and last-mile delivery operations, including candidate sourcing, phone screening, and manager scheduling. This position offers a structured 3-day set schedule working on-site in a dedicated workspace, making it an excellent chance for a professional with has worked with different areas of the business and can independtly run on their own desk.

Track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Fully fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Experience: 1–3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience (high-volume, retail, or logistics background preferred). Experience recruiting for corporate roles up to the Manager level across Finance, Marketing, and Merchandising.

Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of partnering directly with HR Business Partners and cross-functional business leaders to support talent needs.

Operational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort navigating complex corporate structures and established HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Technical & Soft Skills: Dayforce HRIS experience is a strong asset. Work Location:
