We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Labourer (Woodshop Associate) to join a premier custom manufacturing facility in Paris, Ontario. This is not your typical repetitive assembly line; you will be part of a team that creates high-quality, custom-made products where no two days are exactly the same. Shift: Straight days, Monday to Friday

- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- Straight day shifts with no weekend work required.

Perform various General Labourer tasks as required to support the production flow.

- Use hand and power tools, including drills and saws, to assist in the assembly process.
- Move finished products and raw materials on skids throughout the facility.
- Collaborate effectively with a partner or work independently on custom projects.
- Take initiative to identify next steps in the production process.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints.

- Strong attention to detail required for high-end custom woodworking.
- Physical stamina to stay on your feet for an 8-hour shift.




- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around moving machinery.
