Serve as the key point of contact delivering exceptional service to employees and partners.

Full-time hours

- Actively participate in continuous process improvement and the modernization of internal tools
- Identify and address priority or sensitive issues affecting operations, staff, and facilities
- Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative coordination
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems
- Available for a full time, 100% on-site role in Quebec City
