As a machine operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient production line. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of automated equipment while guaranteeing impeccable product quality. You will receive training upon arrival and work in a clean, secure, and team-oriented environment. Schedule: Urgent need for evening and night shifts, though multiple shifts are available.

Competitive pay: $25/hr to $34.50/hr depending on experience, plus shift premiums (evening, night, and weekends).

Operate and monitor automated production equipment on a daily basis.

- Perform start-ups, shutdowns, and production changeovers according to standards.
- Monitor product quality and perform basic inspections and minor adjustments.
- Contribute to overall performance and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Education: High school diploma (DES) or relevant vocational training.

- Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
- Strict adherence to schedules to ensure production continuity.
- Skills: Reliability, autonomy, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
