Some salespeople manage accounts. We're looking for a true hunter to drive equipment sales and rental growth across Terrace and Northwest BC. You'll be responsible for finding new customers, identifying opportunities, getting in front of decision-makers and turning prospects into business.
This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys the chase, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and knows that the best opportunities don't always come knocking.

Make the Market Yours: Take ownership of a large territory and build your customer base through proactive prospecting and face-to-face sales.
Represent a diverse range of material handling, compact and heavy construction equipment, with both sales and rental solutions.
Earn What You Deliver: $70,000–$120,000+ earning potential with uncapped commission. Build Something Long-Term: Develop a solid market presence, win new accounts and grow your business with the backing of an established equipment organization.
Hunting for new business through cold calls, referrals, networking and direct customer outreach.
Identifying prospective customers and developing opportunities across construction, industrial and related markets.
Getting out into the field, visiting job sites and meeting customers where the business happens.




Understanding customer needs and presenting equipment sales and rental solutions.
Staying connected with customers to identify additional opportunities and generate repeat business.
