A leading custom manufacturing and automated packaging firm with multiple facilities across Southern Ontario, we are searching for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join their Burlington production facility.

Our client specializes in custom production, packaging lines, and robotic filling equipment. They are looking for a active, floor-focused leader who brings strong mechanical expertise, a positive leadership style, and a drive to optimize line performance

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Shift: Straight Days

Permanent opportunity

Shop-Floor Leadership: Maintain a strong, daily presence on the production floor; lead by example, troubleshoot alongside technicians, and build a positive, continuous-improvement culture.

Team Supervision: Direct, schedule, and mentor the floor maintenance team.

Equipment Maintenance: Manage preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed packaging lines, automated filling machines, and robotic equipment.

Digital Workflows: Utilize MaintainX to assign work orders, schedule preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, track downtime metrics, and maintain logs.

Operational Efficiency: Identify root causes of line disruptions and execute solutions to improve departmental performance and reduce downtime.

Emergency Support: Technical Experience: Robust hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting experience with packaging lines and robotic filling systems in a manufacturing or packaging setting.

Systems Experience:



Familiarity with CMMS software (experience with MaintainX is a strong asset).
