Lead MTLI Group’s largest national enterprise account through construction lifecycle management, estimating, engineering coordination, and customer support. This hands-on leadership role reports to the CEO. The Senior Program Manager owns customer experience from initial inquiry through post-project support. You will develop profitable projects, coordinate technical specialists, and establish delivery standards for national account growth. The mandate includes building relationships, pipeline, technology, and operating structure. Key Responsibilities:

Lead construction, engineering, permitting, and project lifecycle activities Own customer communication, feedback reviews, escalations, and post-project support Contact Canadian enterprise sites and develop account plans Lead quotations, estimates, schedules, project teams,



and delivery controls Build CRM, ERP, dashboards, workflows, and scalable operating processes Requirements:

Practical construction and complete project lifecycle management experience Experience with estimating, engineering coordination, permitting, and operations Solid customer support skills and commercial judgment Technology fluency and repeatable process development experience Ability to coordinate specialists and lead execution Apply construction leadership, commercial judgment, customer support, and technology fluency to scale MTLI’s national enterprise program.
