Lead national supervision for ScotiaMcLeod in Toronto, applying regulatory oversight and business controls within a standard office-based workplace. Oversee risk, compliance, and conduct obligations across wealth management operations. As Director, National Supervision, ScotiaMcLeod, Business Controls & Oversight, you will lead the National Supervision team. You will ensure strategies, plans, and initiatives comply with regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The mandate includes operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk under applicable frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
