The successful individual will have the opportunity to build a long-term career and move between operations, take on broader leadership responsibilities and progress through the business.The Role:Xtrava Group is supporting a major mining company with the appointment of an experienced Mine Manager to lead a significant hard-rock mining operation in Eastern Canada.This is a senior site leadership position with responsibility for the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of mining activities.The Mine Manager will be given considerable autonomy and will take ownership of operational performance while building strong relationships across the workforce, client and broader project team.DutiesLead the protected and efficient delivery of day-to-day mining operationsOversee production, drill & blast and mine executionManage mobile fleet performance, equipment and workforce utilisationLead and develop supervisors, mining teams and site personnelEnsure production and project activities are delivered against schedule and budgetMaintain strong safety,
