Build AI agents and automations for Stripe’s Sales Development team, working directly with users in an office or remote location. As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you will transform Sales Development workflows through hands-on AI builds. You will understand team processes, prioritize valuable opportunities, and improve how work gets done. The position requires diagnostic thinking, AI development proficiency, and strong communication. Key Responsibilities:

Identify high-leverage Sales Development workflows and understand their inputs Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills Prioritize builds with Sales Development leaders Ship working versions and improve them through user feedback Measure effects on time, quality, and possible work Requirements:

Three or more years of diagnostic, problem-solving, and collaborative experience Hands-on experience deploying AI agents, tools, automations, or workflows Proficiency with Claude Code, Codex, agent frameworks, or API integrations Robust written and verbal communication skills Comfort managing multiple workstreams and relationships Apply AI development, workflow transformation, and communication skills to improve Sales Development work at Stripe.
