Lead hybrid HCM technology delivery for McKesson in Mississauga, coordinating Workday integrations and cross-platform technical execution across enterprise teams.

The Technical Delivery Lead provides end-to-end leadership across McKesson’s HCM technology portfolio. You will translate approved architecture into delivery approaches, manage dependencies, and strengthen engineering discipline. The work spans Workday, ADP Workforce Management, Payroll, Total Rewards, identity and access management, ServiceNow, and downstream applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex HCM initiatives across platforms, integrations, vendors, and teams
- Establish workstreams, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria
- Drive engineering standards for testing, deployment, migration, and validation




- Lead cross-platform readiness assessments and technical go-no-go recommendations
- Coordinate incident leadership and cross-HCM technical remediation

Requirements:

- Five or more years delivering enterprise applications and technology
- Significant HCM, ERP, or business-critical SaaS setting experience
- Strong Workday and enterprise integration architecture knowledge
- Experience with APIs, web services, IAM, security, and middleware
- Executive communication and technical decision-making capabilities
