Lead high-end visual effects compositing at Rodeo FX using Nuke, 2D tracking, keying, integration, and color correction across flexible locations. The Compositing Lead performs complex digital image composition throughout production while supporting 2D artists. This full time position combines compositing expertise with team oversight, mentoring, shot consistency, and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate with Compositing Supervision and Production to meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

Composite simple to complex shots across production stages Resolve visual, artistic, and technical issues Integrate 2D and 3D elements into photorealistic images Oversee, assign, mentor,



and review artists’ work Keep Production informed about progress, issues, and deadlines Requirements:

Minimum three years as a Compositing Artist in VFX Excellent knowledge of Nuke software Knowledge of Shotgun Photographic shooting knowledge including color, lighting, perspective, and composition Prioritization, deadline management, calmness, and positive mentorship Bring expert Nuke compositing, visual problem-solving, and artist mentorship to Rodeo FX’s high-quality visual effects productions.
