You must have good safety awareness, good communication & competent decision-making skills, and a desire to perform requested duties with a focus on safety and appropriate precautions. HPS offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package.Responsibilities Communicate effectively with estimating/projects team, operations team and all levels of managementWork closely with clients, engineers, and industry contactsHave good knowledge of industry standard installation practices and able to select appropriate equipment, crews, suppliers, and SubcontractorsResponsible for the estimation, execution to closeoutWork with finance team to develop project budgets, to ensure project profitability is tracked and achievedRead blueprints for take off’s, read and understand specificationsWork closely with field crews and operationsAble to create and maintain project schedulesReview and negotiate change ordersUnderstand and manage construction contractsEstimate,
