Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant experience, primarily in penal law, to join its team.The successful candidate will represent prosecuting parties before several municipal courts located in the Greater Quebec City area, on both the North Shore and South Shore, while also collaborating with the municipal law team, particularly on matters involving land use planning and urban planning.Your Role You will handle criminal and regulatory cases and advise municipal clients on various issues. You will have the opportunity to:Preparing, drafting and handling penal prosecution matters before municipal courtsRepresenting the prosecuting party before the courts and providing strategic oversight of filesDrafting statements of offence, proceedings, legal opinions, recommendations and other legal documentsAdvising municipalities on the application and enforcement of their regulationsCollaborating with the municipal law team,
