In this role you will manage the Commercial Lines Support Unit, ensuring efficient service in renewals, document issuance, certificates and policy changes. You’ll mentor team members, refine workflows and handle escalations while delivering excellent service.Compensation Range: $80,000 to $120,000 annually Full time, replacement position.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the Commercial Lines Support UnitEnsure the team’s performance aligns with Company’s service levels, including renewals, document issuance, certificates, liability slips, and policy changesDeliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to both internal and external clients.Develop workflows and processes to increase efficiency within the teamMentor, train, and support team members’ professional growthConduct annual performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvementHandle escalations and provide solutions to complex file issuesAssist with data entry, processing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as neededServe as department backup,



covering processing needs when team members are on vacation or leavePerform other processing-related duties as requiredQualifications & Skills:Proven experience managing a team in a commercial lines insurance environmentStrong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skillsIn-depth knowledge of commercial lines insurance processes, workflows, and policiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop training materials and facilitate engaging training sessionsProficient in insurance software and tools, with a willingness to learn new systemsRIBO license is active and in positive standingHigh attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills, especially when handling escalated filesOur client offers an attractive compensation package and commission incentives.
