Foot Medix Inc. is an established, full-scope foot care clinic serving Scarborough and the Greater Toronto Area. Our clinic is located at 520 Ellesmere Road, Suite 215, within a professional medical building with public transit steps away. The practice is managed by an experienced Chiropodist and supported by a dedicated receptionist. The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Chiropodist to join our team on a permanent part-time and/or full-time basis as an independent contractor. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside another chiropodist in a multi-disciplinary setting with a strong focus on patient-care satisfaction. We are committed to your professional growth. We will provide orientation to our proprietary software, answer your questions, and support you as you integrate into our practice. Flexible scheduling is available, with a minimum commitment of one day per week. Our typical clinic hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
The Chiropodist will provide comprehensive, skilled patient care, including but not limited to:
- Nail and callus care
- Soft tissue surgical procedures (e.g., ingrown toenails, wart excisions)
- Conservative wart treatment
- Management of acute and chronic wounds
- Biomechanical and gait analysis
- Custom-made foot orthotics
- Compression stocking assessment and fitting




- Patient health education and counselling Qualifications and Requirements
- Registration with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario in good standing, with full scope of practice
- Compliance with all regulations set by the Provincial College/Association and relevant insurance providers
- Current professional liability insurance in accordance with the College's standards
- Training in soft tissue surgery and custom foot orthotics
- Ability to work independently in a private clinical setting
- Timely and accurate clinical charting
- Punctual, detail-oriented, ethical, and patient-focused
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Experience with Jane App and 3D orthotic scanning is an asset (training will be provided)
