Lead North American commissioning workforce planning and safety for Nordex, supporting wind farm construction projects across multiple locations.The Commissioning Manager oversees more than 20 Commissioners and Lead Commissioners. This leadership role coordinates staffing, workforce development, performance, competency, and operational readiness.
