DescriptionThe salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.Now, if you were to come on board as our Regional Operations Controller, we would ask you to do the following for us: Develop a dynamic partnership with the senior leadership responsible for Food Service and Retail in a sectorDevelop and prepare monthly reporting metrics, including dashboards and analysis reports.Lead/support location accounting departments to maintain and enhance internal controls; provide guidance and leadershipLead effort to improve business performance, supporting decision making and guiding financial managementDevelop and manage the appropriate top down and bottom up budgeting and forecasting processes: compile the information, manage the assumptions and develop the financial storyProvide business decision support: evaluate options,



develop and validate business cases against new projects and strategic initiatives, support business initiatives.
