This is a fantastic entry level position for anyone interested and looking to know more about wine, beer, and spirits!Requirements and ResponsibilitiesWelcoming customers, answering questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendationsBalancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit salesAccepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customerProcessing refunds and exchanges,



resolving complaints or involving supervisor when necessaryBagging or boxing purchases to ensure secure transportConfirming customers are of legal age by checking their government-issued I.D.Maintaining a clean workspaceQualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentCompletion of Serve it RightAt least 19 years of ageCustomer Service or cashier experience will be considered an assetBasic math and computer skillsAbility to stand, walk, lift cases of wine (25 lbs), and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent serviceAttention to detailHelpful, courteous approach to resolving complaintsMust be available anytime on weekdays.Ability to commute/relocate:Regina, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
