Drive branch performance from the shop floor to the field. As Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to execute turnaround and growth plans. You will lead operations, sales, and staff while strengthening builder, contractor, developer, supplier, and trade relationships. The position supports effective, safe, profitable branch performance. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Lethbridge branch recovery and growth plan Monitor revenue, margins, production, and efficiency targets Oversee production, scheduling, logistics, and quality control Develop staff across production, sales,



and administration Represent Timber-Tech Truss in community and industry events Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience Strong sales and operations background Experience in building materials, construction, or manufacturing preferred Proven revenue growth and business recovery record Apply operational, production, sales, and relationship-building leadership to strengthen Timber-Tech Truss in Lethbridge and Southern Alberta.
