Help us build what matters.Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Lead Project Delivery: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and close‑out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetDrive Financial & Schedule Performance: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, change management processes, and milestone tracking while proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actionsManage Contracts & Stakeholder Relationships: Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, trade partners, and suppliersChampion Safety & Quality Excellence: Ensure implementation of Project Specific Safety and Quality Plans, monitor KPIs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and promote Graham's Actively Caring and Road to Zero cultureLead & Develop Project Teams: Build, mentor, and support high-performing project teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across project stakeholdersThe Right Tools for the Job Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferredExperience: A minimum of five (5)



years of progressive experience in a general contracting environment delivering commercial, institutional, healthcare, aviation, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects. Experience managing projects up to $50 M is considered an assetKnowledge: Strong understanding of project planning, contract administration, procurement, cost control, forecasting, risk management, scheduling, quality management, and change managementSoftware: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, scheduling software, and construction management toolsCompensation We are hiring Project Managers at various levels to support upcoming Buildings projects across British Columbia.
