The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, this individual coordinates project activities, monitors schedules and deliverables, facilitates communication between stakeholders, and ensures that project documentation is accurate and up to date. He contributes to the efficient execution of projects while helping maintain Beaudoin Construction's high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Tasks:Prepare and update project documentation and short-term plansProvide daily support to the Site Superintendent in coordinating trades and managing the work scheduleEffectively use the tools and technologies availableRigorously monitor and follow up on project deliverablesEnsure client and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project and upon its completionRequirementsMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction, engineering, consulting or architectural industryPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldAbility to work in an environment with strict safety requirements and rigorous site access proceduresProven experience working for a general contractorValid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to project sites as requiredOur employees' testimonials truly reflect the Beaudoin Construction experience.
