TRAF seeks a professional Member Services Specialist to provide pension plan information and prepare member benefit calculations. The position supports retirement education, documentation processing, and collaboration with members and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide pension information through appointments, presentations, and communications
Conduct pre-retirement seminars throughout Manitoba
Prepare accurate member benefit calculations within service standards




Review colleagues’ calculations for accuracy and completeness
Assist with pension benefit documentation processing
Requirements: Post-secondary education and five years of related experience
CEBS or PPAC designation
Knowledge of pension and tax legislation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Bring pension knowledge, analytical judgment, and explicit communication to TRAF’s member-focused service in downtown Winnipeg.
